Given that our specialized industry focus lie in Information Technology and Healthcare, the available, qualified candidates are in an all time shortage during a period of high demand. There aren't 10 qualified candidates for every position and we refuse to send unqualified candidates.
Our interview to hire ratio is about 2.5 to one. We are extremely proud of this number, as it represents a truly superior recruitment process. Our methods set us apart from 90% of our competitors, and although we cannot discuss details here, a broad view of our three components is:
- We listen to our client's requirements-We don't tell them what they want.
- We listen to our candidates' desires-You don't need to interview candidates who aren't interested.
- We qualify and requalify the appropriateness of the candidate/client match throughout the process. In addition, we are selective in choosing client relationships. We know from experience that clients can't manage the deluge of contacts that working with multiple search firms creates. Therefore, as part of our service offering, we act as the first point of contact for our clients to achieve a higher quality process with less time invested by the client's staff. In other words, we earn our fee!
